Description
Implement L3 VPN SBI driver compatible with the YANG Data Model for L3VPN Service Delivery (IETF RFC8299 [1]). It should be compatible with the existing TeraFlowSDN L3 VPN NBI connector [2].
Demo or definition of done
An RFC8299-compliant SBI should be supported in the Device component as a driver and enable hierarchy of TFS controllers.
