Description

Add logic to Service to extract performance data.

Initially, extract:

• histogram of endpoint creation/modification/removal latency
• ... as function of service type
• ... as function of number of endpoints

Data should be uploaded to prometheus and displayed in Grafana.

Demo or definition of done

Service performance is stored in Prometheus and plotted in Grafana.
