Description

Add logic to Device to extract performance data.

Initially, extract:

• histogram of config rule creation/modification/removal latency
• ... as function of config rule size
• ... as function of number of config rules

Data should be uploaded to prometheus and displayed in Grafana.

Demo or definition of done

Device performance is stored in Prometheus and plotted in Grafana.
