Added the consistsOf property from SAREF to cover all the requirements.

I suppose you don't mind me including my name there.

Besides, we cannot say that every sensor or actuator are wearable components.

We already have that the domain of interactsWith is a User, so there is no need to put the restrictions.

Fixed some labels and removed references to requirements, since we are not going to annotate all of the correspondences.

Moved the restriction of hasSystemCapability to the Wearable class.

Renamed CommunicationFunction to CommunicatingFunction and put as subclass of saref:EventFunction. Issue #21

Removed the restrictions on geo:SpatialObject. These restrictions are not defined in GeoSPARQL and we should just reuse it, not redefine it.

Added the class Occurrence as a superclass of Event, since it is more generic, that takes place in some location.

Added that an occurrence is detected by some device.
