Added the class Occurrence as a superclass of Event, since it is more generic, that takes place in some location.

Added that an occurrence is detected by some device.

Closes #18.

Implemented the changes that were not merged correctly and removing the Area concept that suddenly appeared again.

I also fixed the label.

Defined Wearable as a subclass of a geosp:Feature so it is a spatial feature with a location and so on.

I think that the Area class refers to the s4city:AdministrativeArea one, which is already defined in SAREF4WEAR. So I remove it.

Also, the capacity is the capacity of a Facility (A place, amenity, or piece of equipment provided for a particular purpose.), but not of an Administrative area (An administrative division, unit, entity, area or region, also referred to as a subnational entity, constituent unit, or country subdivision, is a portion of a country or other region delineated for the purpose of administration.).

Changed the domain of sendsNotificationsTo to Wearable, since a Device does not have the notion of having a Wearer (and the Wearable does).

It is the way in which it is made in User and also LivingOrganism is already defined as a FeatureOfInterest.

I also changed three comments from multi-line (""") to single line (").

Added the most relevant Features of SAREF4CITY: Facility, AdministrativeArea and CityObject (which is a s4wear:PhysicalObject).

s4city:Facility replaces s4wear:Area.

Living organism and Physical object are geosp:Features; i.e., their spatial extent can be described. A Device is a physical object.

The terms Location, hasLocation, latitude and longitude are not needed anymore.

A wearer is a living organism, and we have a class in the ontology for that. So we can be more specific.
