SAREF4AGRI-1. Add descriptive comments to the ontology

    Situation: In multiple SAREF4AGRI terms the rdfs:comment is the same as the rdfs:label.

    Proposal: To document these terms with proper human-readable descriptions of the terms.

    Status: To be discussed.
