SRM 2.0 and FM 2.0 no longer call it.

FM 2.0 reads FM_* env vars and uses PostgreSQL; the config.cfg ConfigMap, its secret init container, the openvpn sidecar and the separate namespace are gone.

Drops the hard-coded Kubernetes service-account token from charts/srm/values.yaml, the SRM/OEG 1.x env vars, the unused SRM ingress block, the kompose annotations and io.kompose.service label, and the commented-out probes. OEG ingress is now disabled by default with no class or host.

FM serves /internal/* only on FM_INTERNAL_PORT (8083) and answers 404 for it on the
E/WBI port (federation-manager fix/fm-internal-port). Add the federation-manager-internal
ClusterIP Service on 8083, pass FM_PORT and FM_INTERNAL_PORT, and point OEG and SRM at
it: OEG for partner registry and federation lifecycle, SRM for /internal/federated-zones.
Publishing the E/WBI Service as a NodePort no longer publishes the internal API.

- Bump portal chart version to 2.0.0 and update app version.
- Change maintainer name in portal and srm charts to "Open Operator Platform Team".
- Update portal README with new configuration options for OEG and AI2.
- Refactor portal templates to include new helper functions for OEG and AI2 URLs.
- Modify portal configmap to use new helper functions for OEG and AI2 chat URLs.
- Update portal values.yaml to reflect new configuration options for OEG and AI2.
- Refactor SRM chart to simplify structure and unify naming conventions.
