feat: update portal and srm charts for version 2.0.0 

- Bump portal chart version to 2.0.0 and update app version.
- Change maintainer name in portal and srm charts to "Open Operator Platform Team".
- Update portal README with new configuration options for OEG and AI2.
- Refactor portal templates to include new helper functions for OEG and AI2 URLs.
- Modify portal configmap to use new helper functions for OEG and AI2 chat URLs.
- Update portal values.yaml to reflect new configuration options for OEG and AI2.
- Refactor SRM chart to simplify structure and unify naming conventions.
- Update SRM README with new configuration structure.
- Refactor SRM templates to use unified naming conventions and helper functions.
- Remove deprecated fields and clean up service account and RBAC configurations.
- Add .helmignore file to keycloak chart to exclude unnecessary files.
