fix(datalab): pin the data-lab images to the 0.1.0 release

The datalab chart pointed data-lab-api and data-lab-admin-ui at image tag 2.0.0. Data Lab has no 2.0.0 release: its first release is 0.1.0 (data-lab tag 0.1.0 on 77f8f7b). This MR changes:

  • charts/datalab/values.yaml: api.image.tag and ui.image.tag from 2.0.0 to 0.1.0
  • charts/datalab/Chart.yaml: appVersion from 2.0.0 to 0.1.0

Before deploying: the registry has no 0.1.0 image for either data-lab image yet. Data-lab CI builds only on branches, so the tag pipeline built nothing. The image built from the tagged commit is ci-main-77f8f7ba. Retag it as 0.1.0 for both images before installing from main.

Checked: helm lint oop-platform-chart passes. helm template with environments/kind/values.yaml and datalab.enabled=true renders every data-lab container as :0.1.0.
