Resolve "Duplicate io.kompose.service labels in helm chart"

15-duplicate-io-kompose-service-labels-in-helm-chart into main

Removes the duplicate label values from the templates, keeping only the one set by the helper

The duplicate label values cause issues with kustomize (which is used internally by OSM)

Closes #15 (closed)
