Final touch ups

Fix: line chart was chopped to the left, having the result of mobility event lines appearing a couple of seconds appear they appear in the event log

Fixed extra margin at the right of single view in DashboardContainer. Added white background to components that were still appearing as gray.

NA-660 (Event log), NA-701(Keep metrics polling when not in exec tab)

Default dashboard state + UI state in local storage
