steps to reproduce:

• do not start the IUT
• run a test -> JsonParserException

Expected Behaviour: test stops with fail verdictParserErrorOnNoReply.txt

assigned to @kaarik

in this case the test system received a pure html message which cannot be processed.

the verdict should be fail and a statement saying 'with reason 'Decode error'

provide an option to show more details to see the trace stack

test execution shall not stop because of a decoding error
