WebUI for creating XR services

This is easy to use front-end for various single-layer demos of XR service. To make demos simpler, Javascript is used to dynamically populate potential interfaces based on constellation. Furthermore active services are queried and already used interfaces are disabled.

To avoid confusion in existing setups, the XR service creation button is only shown to user if the active topology has at least one XR constellation.
