Scalability of Context database

Description

Replace the current non-scalable Redis database used by Context component by a scalable new-SQL CockroachDB database [Ref-1].

Demo or definition of done

The Redis database is removed, CockroachDB is integrated in TeraFlowSDN and data is persisted in an scalable manner. A journal publication is planned before the end of 2022.
