(CTTC) Define fields to specify type of link

Description

The Link entity needs additional fields to define its type. Fields to be created are:

• link_type (enum): UNKNOWN (default), COPPER, FIBER
• is_virtual (bool), False (default)

The change needs to be implemented in context, webui, and nbi's tfs-api
