Pass P4 device endpoints through init settings

Description

Pass p4 switch endpoints through init() settings dictionary and register these endpoints as TFS endpoint so that they also appear in the WebUI. This allows to also create complex topologies with links among P4 endpoints and other networks.

Demo or definition of done

A topology descriptor JSON file describes a P4 device with its endpoints and the parsing of these endpoints results in the WebUI showing these endpoints when clicking on the Device tab
