(CTTC) Add OpenFlow support through Ryu SDN controller

Description

Add support to TeraFlowSDN to manage OpenFlow domains through the Ryu SDN controller's REST-API. This will include a Device driver, a Service Handler, and extensions on WebUI. All will be tested through automated integration tests.

Demo or definition of done

Integration tests validate all the components.
