(CNIT) automatic discovery of OC transponders

Description

This feature permits to automatically discover the optical channels instantiated on the OpenConfig optical transponders/muxponders/packet-optical devices.

Validation of compatibility among OpenConfig driver and OpenConfig NETCONF agemts.
