Description

Implement a new SBI based on IETF L2VPN YANG Service Model [Ref-1] to enable hierarchy of TeraFlowSDN controller.

Demo or definition of done

The new feature should enable connecting 2 instances of TeraFlowSDN controller in a parent-child manner. A demonstration at OFC'23 conference has been submitted. This demo will make use of this feature.

Clarifications to Expected Behavior Changes

A new Device Driver and Service Handler should be implemented. Besides, the appropriate changes in PathComp, Device Types, etc. should be addressed. The end-to-end workflows should not need any modification.
