Description

1. Re-structure the code to reflect the new design of Telemetry Frontend.
2. Re-structure the code to reflect the new design of Telemetry Backend.

Demo or definition of done

1. Call the methods defined in the TelemetryFrontend.proto file to verify the expected functionality of both the Telemetry frontend and backend.
