(CTTC) Extend NBI with CUD methods for entities in TFS API

Description

Extend NBI with Create/Update/Delete methods for the entities in TFS API. In particular, it is needed for: Context, Topology, Device, Link, Service, and Slice.

Demo or definition of done

The Create/Update/Delete methods for the TFS API are implemented and validated.
