(TID) Add support to BGP to add links

Description

Issue extension [1]. In addition to saving node information, the functionality has now been extended to automatically add link information if the nodes involved in the BGP-Update message are within the TFS topology.

Demo or definition of done

• TFS controller is able to establish BGP-LS connection with remote BGP-LS speakers from at least 2 different vendor implementations.
• TFS controller is able to read links updates.
• TFS shows new discovered links via GUI.
