Multiple issues with WebUI's Grafana Dashboard

Description

2 issues have been identified:

  1. While deploying Grafana and configuring the plugins, Scatter Plot plugin is not properly installed:

  1. QuestDB Datsource questdb-mon-kpi is properly configured, but Grafana is not able to reach it:
