- moved old deployment scripts to scripts/old
- added NGINX-based ingress controller to expose http-based endpoints from a single connection point
- adapted webui K8s manifest to be used with the ingress controller

First functional version of Service with Service Handler for L3NM-Emulated services using Emulated Devices

Fixing the component name to align with deploy_in_kubernetes.sh expectation. Also making secrets available.
