fix: subscribe to Context stream

Changelog:

- Subscribe to context getDeviceEvents() stream.
- Improve logging.
- Adapt application.yaml to properly connect with context and device K8s services and spin up automation pods faster.
- Rename method names to better depict their scope.
- Introduce application banner.
