Changes in New Monitoring:

- Added scripts to test and display logs.
- Added `->` in the `docker run --name kafka` line in the `.gitlab.cl` file for `kpi_value_api`, `kpi_value_writer`, and `telemetry`.
- Removed Java from the `analytics` requirements file.
