Changes in Analytics and KpiValueAPI: 

- Changed `StartAnalyzer` return type to `AnalyzerId`.
- Added `APScheduler` to requirements.
- Updated `AnalyticsBackend` Dockerfile to set `JAVA_HOME`.
- Added `Alarms` topic in the Kafka class.
