To satisfy Issue #23 and HAS comment #8 the term "requirement" has been changed to "cybersecurity requirement" or "essential requirements".  This first being requirements in the standard text and the second those from the CRA. These have been added to the definitions as well.

This is somewhat complicated by the standard's use of two categories cybersecurity requirement - documentation and technical.  I leave it open if these should be added to the definitions ornot.
