Update to use saref:Operation

SAREF has introduced saref:Operation and the associated properties from the oneM2M base ontology.

PROPOSAL:

• To replace oneM2M:Operation with saref:Operation.
• To replace oneM2M:hasOperation with saref:hasOperation.
• To replace oneM2M:hasInput with saref:hasInput.
• To replace oneM2M:hasOutput with saref:hasOutput.

Changes have to be performed in the OWL code, TS, diagrams, documentation and examples.
