Delete diagrams_SAREF4AUTO_ontology_examples__1_.drawio and Replace it by two separate files, one for ontology and one for examples

Example instances of Platooning and Cooperative Perception Service (CPS). For now it contains both example instances and (the latest version of the) ontology schema. Ontology schema will be removed later once all examples are finished.
