Implemented range interval validation and type validation for Service Specification request body (epic). Also added 4 new tests (2 for valid Service Specs + 2 for invalid Service Specs).

On the other hand, this same validation could be implemented inside org.etsi.osl.model.tmf (e.g., in ServiceSpecificationUpdate), if deemed to be a better place for this.
