Put the primitives parsing inside a try-catch, to handle cases were the are no descriptor to parse the primitives from

Created PrimitivesParser + added primitives as a  Service Specification Characteristic + added tests for specFromNSDID()

Resolve "Populate main branch with initial commit (Release 0)"
