chore: keep Release 2 only, remove the Release 1 stack
Stacked on !3 (merged): merge that first, then this one retargets to master.
The Release 1 automation had gone stale, and Release 2 uses none of it. This MR removes it, so the repository holds only what r2_existing_cluster runs. Release 1 stays at tag r1-final; a role can come back from there if it's needed again.

After merge, the old Pages site from the pages job stays online until it's removed under Settings → Pages.
Validation: on the result, yamllint ., ansible-lint (0 findings) and ansible-playbook --syntax-check for k3s/deploy.yml, k3s/undeploy.yml and the four r2_existing_cluster playbooks pass.
