Release 2.0.0: deployment automation and E2E validation

Integrates the deployment bootstrap and progressive E2E lab into main for Release 2.0.0.

The same harness runs locally and in GitLab CI. It deploys an isolated OpenOP platform and checks authentication, application onboarding, zones, container and Helm deployment, resource requests, observed endpoints, termination, and EURECOM/CoreSim QoD, location and device Traffic Influence. Reports preserve verified scopes and untested limits.

The last complete native candidate passed 21 container, 20 Helm and 30 network cases in pipeline 29094. A later local network run passed all 30 cases on refreshed artifacts. Current-candidate native verification stops before deployment because SRM requires openop-tfsdk 2.0.0 before that package is published.

Before merging, integrate the report/documentation follow-up, verify the intended package and normal component images, and review applicable current-candidate results. The module leader and release owner review this release promotion. Final tags and the GitLab Release remain with the release owner.
