Return Helm workload NodePort endpoints for Release 2.0.0

Returns external NodePort endpoints for Helm workloads by reading the release’s Services through the same control-path connection. Reuses endpoint result construction with container deployments.

Missing or ambiguous endpoint metadata preserves the successful deployment and its release ID. Ingress, LoadBalancer, named target ports and endpoint refresh remain outside this change.

Verification: 298 SDK tests passed; 374 passed with the resource and QoD changes; 287 SRM consumer tests passed. A real Kubernetes/Helm test returned the endpoint, reached it with HTTP 200, terminated the workload and cleaned up.

Integrate into !205 (merged) for Release 2.0.0.
