Improve kubernetes adapter, i2edge and some fixes

Summary

  • add lite2edge adapter support to the TF-SDK factory and align its CAMARA/GSMA behavior
  • improve the kubernetes adapter to be more stateless, relying on Kubernetes objects as runtime source of truth
  • replace Mongo-backed adapter state with local SQLite persistence where adapter-side storage is still needed

Notes

This MR keeps both lite2edge and i2edge for now. A future cleanup can unify them into a single adapter, but that would make this PR larger and riskier than needed.
