fix(ci): build and push the image for release tags (!60) · Merge requests · OOP / code / open-exposure-gateway

Pushing a release tag built no image, so open-exposure-gateway:2.0.0, which the helm chart uses, doesn't exist.

build-and-push now also runs for tags like 2.0.0 and names the image after the tag. Branch builds keep their ci-<branch>-<sha> names.

After merging, tag the merge commit on main as 2.0.0 and push the tag.
