Description

This task consists of updating the Python dependencies used by the OpenCAPIF SDK to more recent and secure versions. The update includes libraries declared in requirements.txt and other direct dependencies of the SDK.

Demo or definition of done

All dependencies listed in requirements.txt are updated to stable and recent versions, without breaking changes. The SDK can be built and installed via pip install . without errors in a clean Python environment.
