Description

Developed a function in the publish service to check if is already published for de same AEF an APi with the same api_name. The function is used in the POST, PUT and PATCH methods.

Demo or definition of done

Now the publish service allows to publish two APIs with the same api_name but with different aef_id, so an AEF cannot publish two APIs with the same api_name.
