Add retries to tests on events and NOTIFICATION_DESTINATION variable

Add retries to check mock events received. Add NOTIFICATION_DESTINATION in order to split MOCK_SERVER_URL and NOTIFICATION_DESTINATION to use (in this way we can setup internal URL to reach mock server in tests)
