- Check which role you can play
- Follow the instructions for organizations or individuals
The roles in OSL
Participation in OSL is open to ETSI Members, non ETSI members and Individuals.
- ETSI Members who sign the OSL Agreement become OSL Members
- Non-ETSI Members who sign the OSL Agreement become OSL Participants
- Individuals not representing any organization who create an Individual User Account become Individual Users
- Individual Users who accept the Individual Contributor License Agreement become Individual Contributors
You are part of an organization
- Check if your organization is an ETSI Member
- Check if your organization is an OpenSlice Member or Participant
- Ask your organization to sign the SDG OSL Member and Participant Agreement
Contribute as OSL Member or Participant
- Request an ETSI Online Account (EOL)
- Subscribe to the Mailing lists with your corporate email
You are an individual not representing any organization
- Create an Individual User Account with your personal email
- You can now report and comment issues
Contribute as an Individual
- Upgrade your Individual User Account to get developer rights in OSL. You will need to accept the OSL ICLA
- Subscribe to the OSL_TECH Mailing list with your personal email
Participation Cost
Participation is free for ETSI Members, SMEs, Universities, Public Research Bodies, Trade Associations, Individual Contributors and Users. A yearly fee of 2 KEUR applies in other cases.
