Limiting 11.1.3.5.2 Identify purpose to only apply to user interfaces that are closed to screen reading
Currently, 11.1.3.5.2 Identify purpose begins with "Where ICT is non-web software that provides a user interface and is closed to assistive technologies ...". This is an unintended broad scope as, like the other closed functionality requirements, it is intended to only apply to a user interface this is closed to screen reading.
So "for screen reading" should be inserted after "technologies" to read:
"Where ICT is non-web software that provides a user interface and is closed to assistive technologies for screen reading ..."
