TOP IDE Update to Git revision 20240617 fails

Updating the TDL TOP tool to latest version currently (20240617) fails as indicated in the attached picture.

When the "TDL Execution Support" feature is deselected the update task is able to continue and complete.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
