Add table captions to generated Word files for TPs

The templates currently do not include table captions, thus the generated files may need to be processed manually to add captions. Include captions in the templates and consider exposing them as part of the configuration during the process.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
