see TD_MEC_MEC012_SRV_RNIS_011_BR. This test requires that a subscription is created. This is typically done in a preamble. In this test, the preamble is realized as execute TD_MEC_MEC012_SRV_RNIS_012_OK

when running TD_MEC_MEC012_SRV_RNIS_011_BR, TD_MEC_MEC012_SRV_RNIS_012_OK is not executed.
