(CTTC) Rename SBI component

Rename component Device to SBI.

• Rename component and device.proto, but keep context.* objects as they are.
• Rename methods from AddDevice / ConfigureDevice / DeleteDevice to Add / Configure / Delete. Keep same parameters and return types by now.
