(TID) IETF_NETWORK NBI extension for IS-IS TE data

Description

Extension of the ietf-networks NBI to support IS-IS topology data. As existing RFCs support the format of one IS-IS area per topology, it has been modified to support multiple IS-IS areas in a single topology.

A JSON file is used to store the data. If this file is modified, it is reflected in the NBI. This file acts as a database with IS-IS data received through the BGP-LS component.

Demo or definition of done

Use the IETF topology URL with the TE IS-IS extension. http://{TFS IP}/restconf/data/ietf-te-topology:networks/
