(CTTC) Fix OFC25 test

Description

Manual deployment of OFC25 end to end test fails. For some reason, Optical controller is reachable, but not IP controller.

Deployment environment

• Operating System (include version): any
• MicroK8s (include version and add-ons): 1.29
• TeraFlowSDN (include release/branch-name/commit-id): develop

OFC25 test executed locally

Sequence of actions that resulted in the bug

Deploy OFC25, onboard topologies and Optical, IP, E2E. E2E reports error not being able to reach IP controller.

Document the explicit error
