Description

Extend the current gNMI/OpenConfig SBI driver to support basic L2 VPN configuration as per [1], [2], [3].

Demo or definition of done

Driver enables to handle basic L2 VPNs as defined by the service handler; all validations succeed in integration tests. New integration test to validate IETF-L2VPN with gNMI/OpenConfig in ContainerLab.
