(CTTC) Update SIMAP server to support InfluxDB connection

Description

The call backs are to be added in the SIMAP Server to write received telemetry data in the influxDB via InfluxDB client.

Demo or definition of done

SIMAP server and SIMAP client runs together injecting samples to InfluxDB.

Prerequisites: InfluxDB is deployed and running.
